23NL Series Part washer with solvent recycler clean parts with the Flow-Thru Brush and Flexible Spigot. With the press of a button, clean, recycled solvent automatically replaces dirty solvent and the dirty solvent is recycled by the Built-In Solvent Recycler.
Parts clean faster with clean solvent and clean solvent is available every day.
Recycling dirty solvent lowers costs for the facility because solvent purchases and used solvent transported off-site are reduced by 90%. Correspondingly, the facility’s carbon foot print decreases with a 23NL-34.

23NL Series Part washer with solvent recycler – RECYCLER OPERATION
With a press of a button, dirty wash solvent drains from the reservoir, 5 gallons
(19 Litres) of clean solvent flows into the reservoir and is available to the operator for cleaning parts. The dirty solvent is recycled in about 4 hours and the waste is discharged into the waste container for later disposal.
