The U100 Pressure Sand Blaster features a high-flow, 10-gallon, 100-pound capacity that penetrates the deepest pitted areas to remove dirt, rust, paint, and unwanted deposits. This prepares surfaces for priming and filler, ensuring they are ready for repair and painting.

Models:

• Economical U100-S: Includes an 8 ft, 4 ply, heavy-duty 1/2” hose clamped securely to the blast gun.
• U103-S: Complete with a 10 ft, 4 ply, heavy-duty 1/2” hose, quick disconnect fittings on hose and blaster, pressure regulator, moisture filter, 3 seal blocks, and 3 1/8” ceramic nozzles.

Operation:

• Filling Tank with Abrasive: Pour abrasive easily into the built-in funnel at the top of the tank. Replace the maintenance-free removable filler plug and apply air pressure to seal the tank.
• Blasting Abrasive: Open the air inlet shut-off valve fully. Adjust the abrasive control valve on the bottom of the tank to regulate the mixture of air to abrasive. Squeeze the safety shut-off valve to activate the flow of abrasive.

Suitable Abrasives:

• Glass beads, metal shot, aluminum oxide, and nut shells. (Note: Uni-ram recommends against the use of coal and other slag products that may contain hazardous dusts.)

UR007 Reclaiming Sand Blaster

The UR007 Reclaiming Sand Blaster blasts surfaces to remove old coatings, rust, debris, and paint. It re-circulates the abrasive and collects the waste in a debris container for later disposal.

• Etching on Glass: For identification marks and artwork.
• Deep Surface Cleaning: Removes rust, paint, and corrosion with no heat, no surface distortion, and no dust.
• Graffiti Removal: Effective on metal, concrete, and stone.
• Cleaning Applications: Perfect for tiled pool surfaces, tombstones, and brittle acrylic paint removal.

• Durable Hose: 4 ply, 1/2 inch heavy-duty hose (8.5 ft long) for long life and high flow.
• Vacuum System: Captures abrasive at the blasting work surface and returns it to the abrasive reservoir for reuse. Also captures waste and transfers it to the debris container inside the unit for later disposal.
