Uni-Ram UM10W, Compact Wall-Mount Spray Gun Cleaner
The small and economical wall mount, UM10W is popular with the small shop owner who uses the disposable cup spray gun system. Compact wall mount spray gun cleaner for use with disposable cup systems. Suitable for water borne paints.
To clean a spray gun – push button to dispense liquid to fl ush out paint chamber of spray gun in under 30 seconds. Clean spray gun cap on the brush bristles and dry spray gun with blow gun.
Features:
- Water flows by Venturi. No pump in use. Water consumption is low.
- Unit comes with 2 HDPE pails, mounting bracket and a one-half quart (473 ml) bottle of AQUA KLEEN PGC concentrate (102-8200), which, when added to water, enhances the cleaning power of the water.
- Customer disposes of dirty water in accordance with local requirements.
Operation:
- Cleaning is FAST.
- Press the paint channel of the spray gun against the nozzle, turn the pump on and pull the trigger to flush the paint channel for about 10 seconds, until clean.
- Dry with the blow gun.
- Clean pail contains ½ bottle of AQUA KLEEN PGC and 2.5 US gallons of distilled or tap The second pail collects the waste water which is later disposed of in accordance with local requirements.
Air Supply Requirements:
- Pressure: 60 PSI for waterborne units, 85 PSI for UM80S.
- Contaminant-Free: Must be free from contaminants such as water, dust, rust, tar, grease, etc.
Cleaning System:
- Cleaning Type: Waterborne gun cleaning.
- Included Accessories: Air Blow Gun, Whip Line Coupler, Two 5-liter bottle-type containers.
