Due to the high volume of packages, UPS has informed us that delays are expected between November 26th and January 1st. During this period, 1-day and 2-day shipments cannot be guaranteed. While Uni-ram is committed to processing and shipping all orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by UPS or other shipping companies during this time frame.
We calculate shipping charges based on the weight and size of the item. To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required. Don’t worry about adding items to the Shopping Cart—you can remove them at any time.
Shipments to international locations and oversized packages that require special freight are subject to change. If any changes are required, you will be notified via customer service.

Items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of received. To initiate a return, ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please send an email to support@uniram.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item number(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) document for our reference. Please note that consumable items are non-returnable.
Damages:
All damage should be noted with the freight carrier upon receipt. If possible, the shipment should be refused due to damage. All damage should be reported to Uni-ram, with photos when applicable.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received the machine or parcel, please reach out to our customer service at customerservice@uniram.com or +1 905-477-5911 immediately. We’ll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. The carrier’s inquiry may take up to 5 business days. Once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost, we’ll promptly process the next action. Please note that Uni-ram is not liable for stolen packages.

Take a picture of the product received and email it to support@uniram.com with your order number in the subject line. We will investigate and get back to you with a solution within 24 hours during the regular business week.
2. I received an item that is different from what I ordered. What should I do?
