Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• It must be in its original packaging
• It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered

No special instructions are needed—simply include a brief note inside the return package with:

• Your order number
• The item number(s) being returned
• The reason for the return

Please note:

• A 10% restocking fee will apply
• All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified under special conditions
• A 3% transaction fee will be charged if the return is due to a customer error or for reasons not covered under special conditions
