Please note: Free shipping excludes all parts, consumables, and accessories.

Important Shipping Terms:

Returned Orders: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned machines.
Shipping Charges: Unless otherwise specified under special conditions, all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Transaction Fees: A 3% transaction fee will apply if the return is due to customer error or reasons not covered under special conditions.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Please be aware that due to the high volume of packages during the holiday season, UPS has informed us of potential delays between November 26th and January 1st.
During this time, 1-day and 2-day shipments cannot be guaranteed.
While Uni-ram remains committed to processing and shipping all orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or other shipping carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the item(s).
To determine your shipping costs:

Add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart.
The shipping cost will be automatically displayed before checkout.
No credit card information is needed to view shipping costs—you can remove items anytime.

Note:

Shipments to international locations and oversized packages that require special freight are subject to additional charges.
If any shipping adjustments are needed, our customer service team will contact you before processing your order.

Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Consumable items are non-returnable.

Return Process:

Email support@uniram.com with:
- Your order number
- The item number(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) document for your reference.

A 3% transaction fee will be applied for returns due to customer error.

Damages

If your shipment arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the freight carrier immediately upon receipt.
If possible, refuse the shipment due to damage.
Report the damage to Uni-ram with supporting photos by emailing support@uniram.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

Contact customerservice@uniram.com or call +1 905-477-5911 immediately.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 5 business days.
Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will proceed with the next steps.

Note: Uni-ram is not liable for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
