Diaphragm Pump
The Uni-Ram UM120W Manual Water Base Gun Cleaner w/ Wash Nozzle features a diaphragm pump that delivers high pressure water to clean the paint channel. The pump has an air consumption of 2 CFM (58 litres per minute) and an output of 3 US Gal (12 litres) per minute at 85 PSI (5.8 kg/cm2).

Consumables
- AQUA-KLEEN PGC (part number 102-8200), is used to effectively cut and dissolve paint from spray guns. Mix 1 container of AQUA-KLEEN PGC with 5 gal (20 L) of water. Many shops effectively clean spray guns with the same solution for 3 months or more before reclaiming the solution.
- COAG-KLEEN FP (part number 102-8300) is a flocculant used in the water reclaim system on the UM120W and the UG5000W. The clean, recovered water can be reused several times before disposal. The separated paint waste, when dry, is then disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
- Benefit: Lower disposal costs as the water can be used several times before disposal. Shop becomes “Greener” with a smaller environmental foot print.
- To use, add 2 scoops of COAG-KLEEN FP powder per 5 gal (20L) of spent water. Agitate for 5 minutes then drain through the Uni-ram COAG-KLEEN FP filter system. It removes the absorbed waste paint solids from the water used to clean spray guns.
