Shipping Policy

Uni-ram Corporation ships equipment and parts across North America and internationally to over 50 countries. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.

Free Shipping

Free freight is available on qualifying orders shipped to standard destinations within continental North America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Mexico):

  • Parts-only orders of $1,000 USD or more
  • Equipment orders of $8,000 USD or more (excluding URS1600, URS2000SS, DB100N, DC100N)

Drop-ship orders to customer-specified addresses do not qualify for free freight.

Shipping Methods

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, ABF Freight, and Vitran. Carrier selection is based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Tracking information is provided for all shipments once dispatched.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via freight forwarders or international carriers. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact [email protected] for international shipping quotes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Uni-ram Corporation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For further assistance, reach out to our support team.

Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered

How to Return

No special instructions are needed — simply include a brief note inside the return package with:

  • Your order number
  • The item number(s) being returned
  • The reason for the return

Please Note

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply
  • All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified under special conditions
  • A 3% transaction fee will be charged if the return is due to a customer error or for reasons not covered under special conditions
